Flanges

Flanges are used to join two parts of industrial pipelines, allowing them to be assembled and disassembled at any time without the need to cut the line.

A Flanged Union is composed of two flanges, a gasket, and a set of bolts and nuts for fastening.

1. We should pay attention to the gaskets because with wear and tear, there may be leakage.
2. They follow ANSI B16.5 standards for diameters up to 24 inches and B16.47 for diameters larger than 24 inches. They can be either “Raised Face” of “Flat Face”.
